All courses are approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Principles 101 (Principles of Real Estate I #0111 - 30 Hours)
- Required Course
An overview of the Texas Real Estate License Act, code of ethics,
terminology used in real estate transactions, real estate math, fair housing
and anti-discrimination policies.
Principles 102 (Principles of Real Estate II #0112 - 30 Hours)
- Required Course
Learn about real estate appraisals and financing, investments, residential
and commercial property management, title records, real estate math, fair
housing and anti-discrimination policies.
Law of Agency (#1111 - 30 Hours) -
Required Course
Covers agency relationships, fiduciary responsibilities, deceptive
trade practices, listing and buyer representation, agency disclosure.
Law of Contracts (#1200 - 30 Hours)
- Required Course
Includes elements of contracts, offer and acceptance, the statute of
frauds, specific performance and remedies for breach, TREC rules for use
of forms, and owner disclosure requirements.
Real Estate Math (#0611 - 30 Hours)
Instruction on the basic principles used in real estate transactions
to include calculations of percentages, interest, depreciation,
amortization, proration, and estimation of closing statements.
Real Estate Finance (#0411 - 30 Hours)
Learn about financing options, loan applications and procedures,
closing costs, alternative financing, and state housing agency.
Real Estate Appraisal (#0211 - 30 Hours)
Covers the function of an appraisal, appraisal process, factors in
determining value, case studies, and appraisal reports, appraisal math
& statistics.
Property Management (#0811 - 30 Hours)
Learn about the role of a property manager, tenant and landlord policies,
leases, maintenance, occupancy, habitability, and the Fair Housing Act.
