Salesperson Annual Education (SAE): Once licensed, all salespersons must complete an additional 60 hours of core real estate education courses by the end of their first year. In addition to our regular classroom classes, we offer the ability for you to complete these hours using our online courses. Click on the REcampus™ link below to see the available classes and to begin enrollment. Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE): TREC requires all licensees (salesperson or broker) to complete 15 hours of Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) courses during each 2-year renewal period. We have partnered with REcampus™ which provides you with a convenient and quick resource to complete all of your MCE requirements.
